Partial refunds are permitted as long as there is a 24 hr cancellation notice given prior to your appointment. In this case of a cancellation and/or reschedule, a $15 inconvenience fee is deducted from your initial purchase. You may reschedule as a one-time courtesy. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you'll have to reschedule. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please make sure to send an email to feedthysoulwellness@gmail.com.
